  • Master Studio Suite: Queen bed in the master bedroom, private bathroom with shower, separate living room with fold-out bed, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

  • Queen or Twin Rooms: Shared access to a clean, well-maintained bathroom facility (shared with up to three rooms).

Security Deposit:

  • A refundable $50 deposit is required before 10 PM on the day of arrival to receive check-in details.

  • Payable via secure link (card: +$10 convenience fee | cash: +$5 convenience fee).

  • Cash payments require scheduling both check-in and check-out with on-site staff to receive and return your deposit.

  • Deposits are forfeited if property safety rules (such as keeping entry doors locked) are violated.

Safety First:

  • All common areas are under 24-hour surveillance.

  • Keyless entry systems are individually monitored.

  • Guests receive a unique 4-digit PIN for their room and main entry—these doors must remain locked at all times for everyone’s safety.
